2022 Dia de los Muertos

Join us for our second annual Dia de los Muertos on 6th Ave Saturday, October 29th from 2-8pm to remember the dead + party for the living! Paint your face, get dressed up or come as you are. Learn more about the history, join the sidewalk skeleton parade down 6th Ave, listen to live music on two different stages, eat latin food and shop local craft vendors. This is a FREE family friendly community event. Main Stage in the TAPCO Parking lot. Second stage on S. Anderson Street. Kid's Area inside the second stage tent. Vendors through out.
¡Únase a nosotros para nuestro segundo anual Día de los Muertos en la
6th Ave el sábado 29 de octubre de 2 a 8 p. m. para recordar a los
muertos + fiesta para los vivos! Píntate la cara, vístete a la
ocasión. Aprenda más información sobre la historia, únase al desfile
de esqueletos en la acera por la 6th Ave, escuche música en vivo en
dos escenarios diferentes, disfrute comida latina y compre a
vendedores locales de artesanías. Este es un evento comunitario
GRATUITO para toda la familia. Escenario principal en el
estacionamiento de TAPCO. Segundo escenario en S. Anderson Street.
Zona infantil en el interior de la carpa del segundo escenario.
Vendedores a todo lo largo.
Schedule of Events:
2:00pm Sidewalk Skeleton Parade
Starts at Main Stage. Walk through 6th Ave Business District (State to Alder). Businesses will hand out candy to the children. Mariachi Fiesta Mexican will lead us. Followed by free Champurrado and Pan de Muerto back at Tapco Drive Thru area.
