New Moon Reiki Infused Sound Healing & Guided Meditation

The New Moon signifies new intentions, new beginnings, a second chance to reset your focus, shine your light and create a more peaceful you. During the new moon we go within and connect to the nurturing, Divine Feminine energy to heal and deeply connect with our true essence, which is love, light, and peace. During this 90 minute class we will set an intention for our practice, open the Reiki channel to receive the healing energy, practice gentle movements, learn a calming pranayama or breath work to relax the body and still the mind, bring the body to deep relaxation as you listen to a guided meditation, experience a healing sound bath with the high-frequency crystal bowls, meditative Himalayan bowls, ethereal vibrations of the monochord, and be transported by the cosmic healing gong.
