Tour our studio and get a quick demo of Silks, Hammock, Lyra & Pole! We will have instructors available to talk about each apparatus. If you would like to try a quick demo yourself, dress for the occasion and please avoid clothing with metal buttons/zippers, watches, bulky jewelry, and such as they can damage our equipment.

Lastly, do you have a kiddo 0-4 years of age and want to get back to movement? Come chat with Bailey during our open house about our new potential new series, Mini & Me Cirque! This class will help you and your child to build strength, flexibility, body-awareness, confidence, as well as allowing for connection through quality time spent with your mini. No previous experience is necessary.
